Complete 65 workouts in the final 65 days of 2021. A workout can be a run, a bike ride, a swim, a game of tennis, basketball, etc. It can be a weight session in the gym. The rule is that it has to be at least 20 minutes of physical activity that raises your heart rate and makes you work. You can double up workouts in a single day, but they must be separated by at least one hour to count as two.
